Tomato with Zucchini Noodles

This is a quick toss and is a really loose recipe. Feel free to add or subtract to your liking. 

Tomato with Zucchini Noodles
coconut oil
2-3 teaspoon Early Fall Masala
1 zucchini spiralized
8 small tomatoes chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 clove black garlic minced
1 onion diced
1 pepper
salt & pepper

Heat a spoonful of coconut oil and a spoonful of turmeric ghee. Saut√© onion and pepper until soft. Add in garlic and masala stirring until fragrant. Throw in tomatoes. When they have release their juices toss the zucchini until covered with spices.

I like to flash cook the zucchini so that there is a little crunch.
Serve with a tossed salad and rice noodles. Salt & pepper to taste.
Squeeze half a lime over your plate.
