This post is dedicated to a beautiful friend and healer - Catherine Petite.  She has ended her brave 19 month battle with ovarian cancer on September 17th.  Kit was a generous loving person who will be missed by many. 

 I have been gifted, by Kit, with the awareness that life needs to be embraced and in order to do that you need to slow down.  Thank you Kit...for the look in the mirror.  Your energy will be with us and around us forever.  We, your friends, know that your work continues on.  We know your spirit is with us ~ supporting us as we continue with our journeys.  Rock the light Kit!
