Polarity is an all encompassing holistic model that allows therapists to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit. Judy and I will have the pleasure of witnessing their transformation as they journey through the world of Polarity. We will be exploring the elements (ether, air, fire, water & earth) and all the qualities that make up everything in the world around us. Each of our students will experience life changing moments as they work through their inner Polarity Process. At the end of their training they will have changed....changed into powerful Hybrid Polarity Therapists!! Get ready Syracuse we have some new kids on the block!

Feast Central |
Sunday I needed to make a quick side dish for our feast. I didn't want to have to leave the studio and miss a moment of fun with our students. So I threw together one of my favorite dishes - Garlic-Mushrooms!
I used Baby Bella (Crimini) for my dish.
Mushrooms are powerful kitchen medicine. They are full of antioxidants - including ergothioneine, riboflavin, copper and selenium. Copper helps us metabolize iron and plays a role in energy production in our connective tissue. Selenium protects the blood vessel lining and assists in thyroid regulation. Crimini produce ergothioneine which has strong antioxidant qualities. They can reduce cardiovascular issues. Baby Bellas have been proven to suppress the growth of breast cancer. Do your research there are many varieties of mushrooms and each has different qualities for healing. I love tasty medicine!!
