Thoughts on how to maintain your Bonus Days!

One step forward - two steps back.  I've been feeling a bit beat down and glum.  I was raving about the sun last week.  This week I want more.  I need a steady dose of sun shine.  I feel like my battery is getting low.  Every time the temperature drops and the sun goes under a cloud my entire frame contracts. Not much I can do about Nature. (sigh)

I know! It's one of the biggest and hardest seasonal shifts we have to endure. I know! It doesn't make it any easier.  My inclination is to wrap up in a soft blanket, eat some cookies (Chocolate Chip, of course), and mindlessly watch movies until it reaches 70 outside.  Ugh - OkayOkayOkay.......that doesn't work - it will only compound the issues at hand.  Movement is a must.  Movement for me -Movement for you!

I recognize that I'm at another moment of chaos. Those uncomfortable moment that must occur before any change.  My bodily systems haven't reached a state of harmony, which is a frustration.!  I'm working with my weaving.  Time to focus on the vastness of life. There is a hyper-sensitivity that, I'm realizing, may be a gift I haven't yet embraced.  One that I've failed to recognize because I'm focused on the loudness of the chaos and missing the subtle language of the gift.

The patterns in the body and nature are a reflection of vibrations.  As we all heal, it's time that our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies begin to brighten and expand. With the brightening of our energy comes greater gifts of awareness.  You will find that your awareness of your subtle body has grown.  Will you take the time to listen to your cellular energetic changes?  Listen to the expansion and the amplification of all your body systemsthe physical cell changes that happen in the body, the heart felt compassion of your emotions, the expansion of the mind, the understanding the deepening connection with your Creator. That's a lot of information downloads! Take a moment right now - tune in - and check each: body, emotions, mind, and spirit.  Spend a few moments with each - feel the energy and listen. I have found walking in the woods to be the perfect time for inner reflection.  I time when I can hear and feel the inner language inside of me.  Give it a try.  I use the template of nature to be my guide.   Expansion, growth these are the fibers I will weave into my world.  My life tapestry will be made of Bonus fibers.  Wow...I'm pretty rich.
